This is the "Before" - which includes Pre-Construction Budget & Construction Document Reviews. Our Pre-Construction Services are comprehensive reviews and analyses of construction related information and documentation. Ideally, they are performed prior to final issuance of the loan commitment, or at least prior to the loan closing. Our Pre-Commitment Construction Analysis identify significant constuction-related risks, as well as offer recommendations to mitigate identified risks. Our Pre-Construction Conference is an informational conference that includes both the lender as wellas the developer's team - designed to explain the loan funding process, while also explaining the contractor the required terms for payment. And, our Detailed Contractor Analysis gives our clients the necessary due-diligence regarding the project contractor - by identifying whether the contractor is capable of completing the client's project.

LQA's goal is to uncover potential problems, oversights or errors that could result in cost overruns, project delays - or even litigation - bringing them to our client's attention for resolution.
