This is the "After" - Existing Property Condition Surveys & Annual Property Inspections. . LQA's Existing Property Services provide the lender with comprehensive physical inspection & evaluation of the condition of an existing property and related ancillary structures & ammenities.

Our Property Condition Surveys are designed to help the lender avoid problems with existing property investments by identifying aspects of a property's physical condition at the time of onsite observation that may require immediate replacement and/or near term repair which may result in holdback. Our Annual Propery Condition Survey's give the lender an annual overview of a current property's condition, allowing lenders to comply with annual property inspection requirements - while also allowing the lender to react to deteriorating situations and identify problems before they become severe.
